Our Goal: Build A Better Downtown Together.

At OCDC, we aim to breathe new life to downtown Ocean City by focusing on projects that benefit our community, preserve its unique charm, and pave the way for a vibrant future. Here’s how we make it happen:

  • Partnering with Developers and Businesses: We’re the go-to resource for developers and business owners, helping them navigate city processes and encouraging quality projects that enhance our downtown.

  • Supporting Growth with Assistance Programs: From improving building façades to boosting energy efficiency, our programs like the Façade Improvement, Green Building Initiatives, Roof, and Fence Programs provide the financial tools to revitalize properties and create lasting impact.

  • Adding Culture and Energy with Public Art and Events: Through murals, sculptures, and exciting events, we’re creating a downtown that’s as lively and inspiring as the community it serves.

  • Investing in the Future: By working with the Town of Ocean City on infrastructure upgrades and acquiring key properties, we’re laying the groundwork for a stronger, more connected downtown.

Our work is guided by principles of collaboration, sustainability, and respect for the character of Ocean City. With every project, we aim for transparency, community involvement, and meaningful progress. Together, we’re building more than a downtown—we’re building a destination.
